About FPX

FPX World is building the execution and intelligence layer for AI infrastructure. Our mission is to reduce the time to useful compute through our ecosystem and marketplace. We bring together hardware, workloads, and infrastructure capacity to help companies determine the best path forward and execute it.

We work across GPUs and AI systems, memory, storage, networking, cloud compute, colocation, and power. By combining market intelligence with real infrastructure supply and execution, we help remove the technical, commercial, and supply-chain bottlenecks between the first requirement and the first useful token.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Infrastructure GTM & Procurement Specialist to work directly with the buyers, sellers, operators, and suppliers shaping the AI infrastructure market.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will sit in the middle of complex infrastructure transactions, understanding what customers need, identifying where credible supply exists, bringing the right counterparties together, and helping move opportunities all the way through execution.

You might be helping an AI company source a GPU cluster, finding networking or memory required for a deployment, matching hardware with available colocation capacity, or working with an infrastructure provider to place available compute with the right customer.

Your job is to move infrastructure from requirement to execution.

What You'll Do

  • Build and own relationships with buyers and sellers across the AI infrastructure ecosystem.
  • Work with customers to understand their workloads, hardware requirements, deployment timelines, budgets, and infrastructure constraints.
  • Source hardware, compute capacity, colocation, and other infrastructure from suppliers and operators around the world.
  • Identify opportunities where buyer requirements and available supply can be matched.
  • Own opportunities from initial conversation through qualification, sourcing, negotiation, diligence, and close.
  • Compare infrastructure options across price, availability, configuration, location, deployment risk, and commercial terms.
  • Develop a strong understanding of GPUs, servers, networking, memory, storage, power, cooling, and data center infrastructure.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and develop your own book of relationships across the market.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to develop relationships and originate new opportunities.
  • Bring market intelligence back to FPX, including changes in pricing, demand, supply, customer requirements, and emerging infrastructure trends.
  • Work closely with FPX's technical and leadership teams as we improve how infrastructure requirements are evaluated, sourced, and executed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong commercial instincts and a genuine desire to originate and close transactions.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with technical and commercial counterparties.
  • High agency. You do not wait for opportunities to appear; you go find them.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing relationships from scratch.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple active opportunities without losing attention to detail.
  • Curiosity about AI infrastructure and willingness to develop real technical fluency.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving market where pricing, availability, and requirements can change quickly.
  • Competitive, persistent, and motivated by getting meaningful deals across the finish line.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI infrastructure, GPUs, servers, semiconductors, cloud, HPC, data centers, colocation, networking, memory, or storage.
  • Previous experience in procurement, infrastructure sales, business development, partnerships, trading, brokerage, or another transaction-oriented role.
  • Existing relationships with AI companies, neoclouds, OEMs, distributors, hardware suppliers, data center operators, or infrastructure teams.
  • Familiarity with modern AI systems such as NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, B300, GB200, GB300, or comparable accelerator platforms.
  • Experience negotiating high-value B2B transactions.
  • An existing network within a particular geography or infrastructure category.

Why This Role Matters

AI infrastructure is becoming more complex at the exact moment companies need to deploy it faster.

Getting compute online requires more than finding available hardware. It means understanding the workload, evaluating the full infrastructure stack, navigating technical and commercial constraints, and building a deployment path that can actually be executed. You will work directly on those decisions.

You will also help shape our infrastructure planning platform and research into how different hardware architectures perform across AI workloads. Working alongside our technical team, you will bring real customer requirements, market intelligence, and deployment experience into the tools we’re building to help companies choose the right hardware and get it into production.

Over time, you will develop deep expertise across hardware, cloud, networking, power, colocation, and deployment economics, while building relationships with the companies shaping the AI infrastructure market.

We are looking for people who want to become exceptional at AI infrastructure, take ownership of meaningful opportunities, and play a direct role in getting the next generation of compute into production.
